Cappucino Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts Cocoa powder for garnish
  • 1 pk Light cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 1/8 ts Cinnamon
  • 2 tb Coffee liqueur
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/4 c Chocolate wafers, crushed
  • 1 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350F.
  • Step #2 stir this together wafer crumbs & cinnamon.
  • Step #3 Pat into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Step #4 Beat cream cheese until light & fluffy.
  • Step #5 Beat in sugar & cocoa powder.
  • Step #6 Beat in egg.
  • Step #7 stir in the 2 c sour cream, coffee liqueur and vanilla.
  • Step #8 Turn into prepared pan.
  • Step #9 Bake for 30 mins or until set.
  • Step #10 Spread remaining sour cream evenly over top.
  • Step #11 Return to oven 1 min to glaze top.
  • Step #12 Cool to about room temp, then chill thoroughly, covered.
  • Step #13 remove this from springform pan.
  • Step #14 Just before serving, dust top with cocoa powder.
