Caramel Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients

1 c Brown sugar
2 tb Butter
2 ea Egg yolks
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Hot water
1 tb Cornstarch

Directions

Step #1 bring brown sugar & butter to a boil in saucepan.
Step #2 Thin out with the hot water.
Step #3 Mix the cornstarch,vanilla & yolks of 2 eggs with a little water & add to hot mixture, stir until thickened.
Step #4 Cool and put in baked pie shell.
Step #5 Make meringue & put on top.
Step #6 Brown in 350 oven 10 min.
