Olive Garden Con Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients
  • WALDINE VAN GEFFEN
  • sliced walnuts
  • 1 lb put in the fridged chocolate chip
  • VGHC42A-----
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 pt Heavy whipping cream --
  • 2 oz Chocolate chips
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 ts All-purpose flour
  • TOPPINGS
  • 2 lb Cream cheese -- soft
  • Cookie dough
  • 2 tb Margarine
  • 1 ts Vanilla
  • Chocolate chips
  • 2 1/2 c Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • Whip

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 325~.
  • Step #2 CRUST-Generously grease the bottom & sides of a 10" springform pan.
  • Step #3 mix the margarine with the chocolate cookie crumbs.
  • Step #4 Press onto the bottom & sides of the pan.
  • Step #5 FILLING-Using an electric mixer on high speed, mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs & flour & mix until smooth.
  • Step #6 Add vanilla & sour cream & mix just until mixed.
  • Step #7 Pour 1/2 of the batter into prepared crust.
  • Step #8 Cut cookie dough into golfball sized chunks & drop into batter.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top in chocolate chips.
  • Step #10 Pour over remaining batter.
  • Step #11 Bake for 60 mins.
  • Step #12 Turn off the oven & open the door to the broil position.
  • Step #13 Allow cake to remain in the oven 30 more mins.
  • Step #14 put in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Step #15 To serve, remove the sides of the pan & top this with fresh whipped cream.
  • Step #16 Sprinkle top with extra chocolate chips & sliced walnuts.
