Omeleta Me Lahanika Ke Feta (vegetable Omelet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 ea Eggs
  • 3 tb Milk or water
  • 1/2 c Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c sliced carrots, cooked
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c Cooked peas, fresh/canned
  • 5 tb Butter

Directions
  • Step #1 If you are using canned peas & carrots, drain them & rinse with fresh water.
  • Step #2 Put 2 tbs.
  • Step #3 of the butter in a pan, add the vegs.
  • Step #4 ; saute for 2 or 3 min.
  • Step #5 Add salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Put the remaining butter into another frying pan, & heat.
  • Step #7 Beat the eggs with the milk (or water); pour this into the pan & let cook.
  • Step #8 As soon as the omelet is set, top this with the vegs.
  • Step #9 & cheese.
  • Step #10 Fold in half, & serve as soon as possible.
