One Pan Potatoes & Chicken Santa-fe Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 Venison chops
  • 1 Small sliced onion
  • 3 Medium carrots
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 ts Parsley

Directions
  • Step #1 Brown meat, onion & celery in small amount of butter.
  • Step #2 Add cut and sliced carrots & potatoes.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with parsley.
  • Step #4 Add enough water to almost cover.
  • Step #5 Cover and simmer for 40 mins (check every once in awhile so it does not cook dry).
