  • Step #1 Unbleached Bread Flour 1 1/2 c 2 1/4 c Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 c 3/4 c Active Dry Yeast 1 tsp.
  • Step #2 1 tsp.
  • Step #3 Dry Onion Soup Mix 1 - 1 oz pkg.
  • Step #4 1 - 1 oz pkg.
  • Step #5 Margarine 1 Tbs.
  • Step #6 1 1/2 Tbs.
  • Step #7 Water 3/4 c 1 1/4 c Heat the water & pour over onion soup mix.
  • Step #8 Let cool to lukewarm before adding to bread.
  • Step #9 Bake on Medium temperature.
  • Step #10 Note--I needed to add about 1 Tbsp.
  • Step #11 more water.
