  • 1 lb Sugar; powdered
  • 1 c Milk; sweet or sour
  • 1 c Butter; or other shortening
  • 1 ts Baking soda
  • Frosting:
  • 1 ea Orange; grind rind & all
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 6 c Flour; sifted
  • 1 ea Orange; grind rind & all
  • 1 tb Butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Drop on cookie sheet, bake in 400F F.
  • Step #2 oven.
  • Step #3 When entirely cooled, ice with frosting.
  • Step #4 Note: Cream butter or shortening & sugar, mix remaining ingredients.
  • Step #5 For frosting, mix ingredients, mix till smooth.
