Ingredients

1/2 c Dried currants
1 tb Baking powder
1/4 c Chilled unsalted butter, cut into pieces

Directions

Step #17 Bake scones until puffy & light brown, about 18 mins.
Step #18 Cool scones on rack.
Step #19 Serve scones warm or at about room temp.
