Step #1 mix oats, margarine, brown sugar & flour; press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step #2 bake this at 350 degrees F, peel & vanilla, granulated sugar, 15 mins mix cream cheese, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well mixed.
Step #3 Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition; pour over crust.
Step #4 bake this at 325 degrees, 1 hr & 5 mins.
Step #5 Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Step #6 Chill.
Step #7 mix brown sugar, corn syrup & margarine in saucepan; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Step #8 remove this from heat; stir in the vanilla.
Step #9 Chill until slightly thickend.
Step #10 Spoon over cheesecake.
Step #11 Garnish with orange slice & fresh mint, if desired.
