Ingredients
  • 6 Drops bitters
  • 1/2 c Fresh orange juice
  • 1 Crushed ice
  • Stephen Ceideburg
  • 4 Shakes ground nutmeg
  • 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tb Torani orgeat syrup
  • 1 Lime slices, optional garnish

Directions
  • Step #1 This won an award for Robert Parsons of the Benson Hotel, Portland, in an Automobile Club of Oregon Zero Proof MixOff contest.
  • Step #2 Into a cocktail shaker or similar container, nutmeg, bitters, put syrup, lemon juice, orange juice & crushed ice.
  • Step #3 Shake & strain into chilled chimney glasses, filled with ice cubes.
  • Step #4 Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
  • Step #5 Note: The syrup can be found in specialty food stores & some coffee stores.
  • Step #6 Per serving: 183 calories (2 percent from protein, 1 percent from fat), 0 cholesterol, 97 percent from carbohydrate, less than 1 gram fat, less than 1 gram protein, 45 grams carbohydrate, 72 milligrams sodium.
