• 1 ts Cayenne
• 2 tb Fresh lime juice
• 1 ts Black pepper
• 1/4 c Vegetable oil
• 1 Flank steak
• 1/4 c Worcestershire
• 1 c Strong coffee
• 1 tb Sugar
• 1 tb Salt
• 4 tb Tomato paste

• Step #1 : mix all ingredients in small saucepan & heat until flavors mix.
• Step #2 Marinate steak 6-8 hrs.
• Step #3 Barbecue about 4-5 min total so still pink inside & let rest 5-7 min.
• Step #4 Just don't cook this until well done.
