Carrot~ Celery~ & Apple Juice With Sorrel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 pn Salt
  • Salt, pepper
  • 4 Thin slices Canadian Bacon
  • 1/2 bn Parsley,sliced
  • 1/2 c Meatbroth, instant
  • 9 oz Whip cream
  • For The Filling:
  • 9 oz Flour
  • 8 oz Grated Cheese
  • 22 oz Carotts,young, fresh
  • For the dough:
  • 18 oz Dry beans for baking only
  • 1 ts Coriander, ground
  • 5 oz Butter

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Take the flour, egg, butter, salt & 1-2 tbsps water and knead a dough out of it.
  • Step #3 Let cool in the fridge for 60 mins.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Peel, wash & cut 6 of them lenghtwise in half, the rest cut into thin slices.
  • Step #6 Cook in the broth for 6-8 mins, drain in a colander & let cool.

  • Step #8 Roll out the dough, round to fit the quiche pan.
  • Step #9 Press the rim down good.
  • Step #10 Prick the bottome with a fork many times, cover with a piece of waxpaper & fill in the beans.
  • Step #11 Bake in preheated oven at 220 deg.
  • Step #12 for 10 mins, take the beans & waxpaper out & put the carrot slices in the bottom of pan.
  • Step #13 Put the halved carrotts on top like a star.

  • Step #15 Sprinkle top 1 tbsp parsley all over.
  • Step #16 5.
  • Step #17 Mix eggs, salt, coriander, pepper, cheese & cream together and add.
  • Step #18 6.
  • Step #19 Cut the bacon & form into rolls, put between carrot star.
  • Step #20 7.
  • Step #21 Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees C 20 - 25 mins.
  • Step #22 8.
  • Step #23 Sprinkle top the leftover parsley all over & serve warm.
