Ingredients
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • & drained
  • 1/2 ts Italian Spice uping
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 c Cream-style cottage cheese
  • 8 oz Med. egg noodles, cooked
  • 8 oz Pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz Tomato sauce
  • & drained
  • 1 lb Lean ground beef, cooked
  • 1 tb Minced green peppers
  • 1/3 c sliced green onions
  • 15 1/2 oz Spaghetti sauce
  • 1/8 ts Garlic powder

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #2 mix cooked beef & sauces & allow to simmer for 5 mins.
  • Step #3 Do not boil.
  • Step #4 mix cottage cheese, & sour cream; mix well, add onions, green pepper, cream cheese, and spices.
  • Step #5 Lightly grease a 9x13 glass dish.
  • Step #6 Place half the noodles in the bottom & top this with all of the cheese mixture.
  • Step #7 Spread evenly and top this with remaining noodles.
  • Step #8 top this with meat sauce & Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #9 Bake 35-40 mins.
  • Step #10 uncovered.
  • Step #11 Do not overbake.
  • Step #12 Serves 8-10.
