• 1/2 c Soybean flour
• 1 tb Canola or sunflower oil
• 2 c Whole wheat flour
• 1 tb Honey
• 1 ts Sea salt
• 1 c Skimmed milk or water

• Step #1 Mix dry ingredients.
• Step #2 Add liquid & honey.
• Step #3 Mix & let the dough rest in a warm place for 15 mins.
• Step #4 Add oil & allow to sit another 1/2 hr.
• Step #5 Take walnut size portions of dough & flatten into small cakes.
• Step #6 Bake in oven at 400F for 1/2 hr.
• Step #7 For cats, roll dough into 1/4" thickness & bake on a sheet scored into small sections 1/4" square or smaller.
