Catfish & Crawfish Mold Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sliced parsley
  • 1 lb Crawfish meat, cooked
  • 1 ts Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 lb Catfish meat, cooked
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1 tb Lea & Perrins
  • 1 x Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 c Dry white wine
  • 1 c Cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Chop catfish & crawfish in food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 Add wine, parsley, lemon juice, & salt.
  • Step #3 Mix real well.
  • Step #4 Add hot sauce & Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce.
  • Step #5 Mix well.
  • Step #6 Add cream cheese.
  • Step #7 Mix well.
  • Step #8 put in the fridge overnight in a mold.
  • Step #9 serve this with crackers or on a bed of lettuce.
  • Step #10 You can use shrimp of crawfish aren't available.
