Cauliflower Lettuce Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Lemon, juice only
  • 4 oz Butter
  • 1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Head cauliflower

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove the leaves from the cauliflower & remove most of the core (leaving enough core to keep the cauliflower in one piece.
  • Step #2 ) Steam till just tender.
  • Step #3 Meanwhile, melt about half a stick of butter in a small frying pan.
  • Step #4 Toss in the bread crumbs, & cook till the crumbs are brown, stirring all the while.
  • Step #5 Add the juice of a lemon.
  • Step #6 Place the steamed cauliflower in a serving bowl & pour the lemon/butter /crumb mixture over it.
  • Step #7 Serve.
