Cauliflower With Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 md Cauliflower head OR
  • 1 tb Soya sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 c Ground beef
  • 1/2 Onion, minced
  • 1 sm Cauliflower head
  • 3 tb Oil
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 3/4 c Water
  • 1 1/2 tb Corn starch, dissolved in

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Prepare ingredients.
  • Step #3 Slice cauliflower into 1/4" thick slices.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 Place oil in wok & heat to smoking point.
  • Step #6 Add ground beef and onion to it.
  • Step #7 Stir fry meat until it is browned (about 3 mins).
  • Step #8 Add cauliflower, salt, soya sauce & 3/4 c of water.
  • Step #9 Cover wok and cook ingredients a full 10 mins.
  • Step #10 Lift cover up every once in awhile to stir cauliflower so all of it will cook uniformly.
  • Step #11 3.
  • Step #12 Stir up corn starch solution, add to mixture, stir thoroughly.
  • Step #13 NOTE: Pork or chicken may be substituted for ground beef.
