Step #2 Place tofu on shallow plate, drizzle with oil & 1 1/2 tsps soy sauce.
Step #3 ( Instead of oil, I use different herbs; more soy; or rice wine) 2.
Step #4 mix chicken broth & remaining 1 1/2 tsps soy sauce in deep skillet or large saucepan.
Step #5 Bring to a boil over high heat.
Step #6 Reduce heat & add bean threads (cellophane noodles), simmer uncovered for 7 mins or tuntil noodles absorb liquid, stirring every once in awhile to seperate noodles.

Step #8 stir in the vegetables & vinegar, heat through.
Step #9 stir in the Tofu mixture & crushed red pepper, Heat through about 1 min.
