Cheddar Beer Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Dry mustard
  • 1/2 ts Hot pepper sauce
  • 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c Flat beer
  • 1/4 ts Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 ts Spice uped salt
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 4 c grated sharp Cheddar Cheese at room temperature

Directions
  • Step #1 Place all in mixer or food processor/blender.
  • Step #2 Process till smooth.
  • Step #3 Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #4 Serve at about room temp with crackers.
  • Step #5 Yield: about 2 c spread.
