Oriental Stuffed Chicken Rolls With Sweet-sou Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 sm Can bamboo shoots
  • 1 c Water chestnuts
  • 1 Beef bouillon cube in 1 c
  • 1 1/2 lb Beef roast, lean
  • 1 md Carrot, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 lb Snow peas
  • 1/4 c Soy sauce
  • 1 Chow mein noodles
  • 1 lb Fresh green beans
  • 1/2 lb Bean sprouts
  • 1 Brown rice
  • 2 Celery stalks - centers, sliced
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms, fresh sliced & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Into a large wok, saute beef in oil until browned.
  • Step #2 Add bouillon.
  • Step #3 Add everything else except noodles & rice.
  • Step #4 Add some soy sauce.
  • Step #5 Stir well often, keeping vegetables moving from bottom to top to sides.
  • Step #6 Keep covered in between stirring.
  • Step #7 Cook the rice according to package directions.
  • Step #8 Serve when vegetables are tender & still crispy.
  • Step #9 Do NOT overcook! Vegetables should retain original colors & be crisp.
  • Step #10 Heap the meat & vegetable mixture over rice or noodles or both.
  • Step #11 top this with soy sauce.
