- 2 tb Lemon juice
Directions
- Step #1 Choice black Spice up Place fish in shallow baking dish.
- Step #2 mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish (turn to coat both sides).
- Step #3 Remove fish & reserve marinade for basting during grilling.
- Step #4 Place fish on a lightly oiled grill.
- Step #5 cook over hot coals approximately 4 to 5 minuts, baste, turn & repeat until fish flakes easily.
- Step #6 Serve immed.
