Oysters & Mushroom Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Scallions
  • 2 lb Seaweed
  • 18 Oysters, on half shell
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 oz Black caviar

Directions
  • Step #1 Spread seaweed in a flat basket.
  • Step #2 Arrange chilled oysters in their shells, on the seaweed.
  • Step #3 Thinly slice scallions into rings.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top 2 or 3 pieces on each oyster.
  • Step #5 Top each one with a dab of caviar.
  • Step #6 Serve very cold, accompanied by fresh, thin sliced lemon wedges.
  • Step #7 Pass well chilled Champagne.
