Oysters Rockefeller 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 4 ea ANCHOVEY FILLETS
  • 1 ts ANISE SEEDS
  • 1/2 ts SALT
  • 2 ea BOXES FROZEN S
  • 1 c BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1/4 ea HEAD ICEBERG LETTUCE
  • 4 ea SCALLIONS
  • 2 ea LARGE, RIBS CELERY
  • 1/2 ts TABASCO SAUCE
  • 2 c WATER
  • 2 ts ANCHOVY PASTE OR
  • 1/4 ea BUNCH PARSLEY

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 400F F.
  • Step #2 Steam spinach about 5 mins until tender, pour in a colander, & drain thoroughly.
  • Step #3 Coarsely chip scallion (tops incluced), celery, parsley, & lettuce.
  • Step #4 In a mixer, puree all of spinach, 2 c at a time.
  • Step #5 Place spinach in a bowl.
  • Step #6 Puree scallion, parsley, celery, & lettuce in mixer.
  • Step #7 Pour mixture into spinach bowl.
  • Step #8 Mix thoroughly.
  • Step #9 stir in the Worchestershire, anchovy paste, salt Tabasco, & anise seeds to spinach mixture.
  • Step #10 mix mixture in mixer for 2 min on medium speed.
  • Step #11 Pour mixture into bowl.
  • Step #12 Add bread crumbs & stir thoroughly.
  • Step #13 Set aside or store this in refrigerator.
  • Step #14 Bring to room-temperature before using.
