Pad Thai (fried Noodles) #1 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 oz Noodles vermicelli or rice noodles
  • 5 Garlic cloves; pressed
  • Peanuts
  • 1 tb Brown sugar
  • Lime wedges
  • 6 Scallions; sliced
  • 2 Eggs; scrambled
  • 2 tb Peanut butter
  • 1/3 c Vinegar
  • 5 tb Soy sauce or tamari

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook, rinse & put in the fridge the noodles ahead of time.
  • Step #2 In a bowl mix the PB, soy, & sugar.
  • Step #3 In the wok, sautee the scallions & garlic.
  • Step #4 You can add bean sprouts at this point too.
  • Step #5 After a few mins, add the noodles, and stir-fry them for about 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Then add the stuff in the bowl, & the vinegar.
  • Step #7 Cook this for a couple more mins.
  • Step #8 Last, add the eggs & peanuts, & heat until hot.
  • Step #9 serve this with the lime wedges on the side.
