Step #3 If you do the the same, press the tofu between three sheets of towel paper on the top & the bottom.
Step #4 Put a plate on top & a two lb weight on top of the plate.
Step #5 Wait 20 mins Re: Sliced salted radish: These are packaged in a plastic see through flat container & slightly orange in color ======================================================= ============== == Soak rice sticks in lukewarm water for 1 hr, drain & set aside.
Step #6 Set wok over high heat, for 1 min.
Step #7 Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil until sizzling hot & coat sides of wok evenly.
Step #8 Add eggs and fry, until eggs set, turn over & fry, until light brown on both sides.
Step #9 remove this from wok & slice thin, bite size.
Step #10 Set aside.
Step #11 Heat 1/4 c of oil in wok until sizzling hot.
Step #12 Add garlic & cook until fragrant.
Step #13 add meat, stir & cook, until meat or tofu is done, about 1 to 2 mins.
Step #14 Add rice sticks & vinegar, cook this until rice sticks soften.
Step #15 Add eggs, & the next 5 ingredients, stir this to mix.
