Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 c Campbell's Healthy Request fat-free chicken broth
  • 1 c Pet evaporated "light" skimmed milk
  • 1/2 ts Papa Dash "lite" salt
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1 cn Campbell's 99% fat-free Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1/4 c Liquid Butter Buds
  • 1/4 c All-purpose flour
  • 2 c Cooked, cubed white chicken meat
  • 2 cn Water chestnuts; sliced; rinsed & drained

Directions
  • Step #1 X Pam cooking spray You can use a 16-oz.
  • Step #2 can of chicken (rinsed & drained) Turn the oven on & set the temperature at 350 degrees.
  • Step #3 mix Liquid Butter Buds, 1/4 c chicken broth, 1/4 c flour, lite salt, and pepper over low heat/flame in a saucepan.
  • Step #4 Stir & cook this until bubbly.
  • Step #5 Stir in the rest of the broth & evaporated skimmed milk.
  • Step #6 Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Step #7 Boil & stir one min.
  • Step #8 stir in the Cream of Chicken soup, drained water chestnuts, & cooked cubed chicken.
  • Step #9 pour this into a 9.
  • Step #10 5- x 13-inch casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed with Pam Cooking Spray.
  • Step #11 Cover dish with foil and bake about 25-30 mins.
  • Step #12 Serve alone or over fluffy rice or pasta, if desired.
  • Step #13 Yields: 10 to 12.
