Papaya & Vegetable Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Seeded tomatoes -
  • Low-fat tortilla chips
  • 1 tb sliced fresh cilantro
  • 1 lg Papaya; peeled, seeded, - finely sliced
  • 1 tb Seeded jalapeno chili -
  • 3 tb Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c Finely sliced green onion
  • 1/2 c Peeled seeded cucumber -

Directions
  • Step #1 mix first 7 ingredients in medium bowl.
  • Step #2 Spice up to taste with salt & pepper.
  • Step #3 (Can be prepared 4 hrs ahead.
  • Step #4 Cover and put in the fridge.
  • Step #5 ) let this stand at about room temp 30 mins before serving.
  • Step #6 serve this with tortilla chips.
