Cheddar Pear Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Brown spicy mustard
  • 1 c Broccoli floweretts
  • 2 ea Green peppers, medium
  • 1 lb Rotini pasta
  • 1/2 c Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c Milk 2%
  • 2 md Carrot
  • 10 3/4 oz Can cream celery soup

Directions
  • Step #1 Put on the pasta water to boil.
  • Step #2 When it is boiling add the sliced carrots.
  • Step #3 Cook for five mins.
  • Step #4 Then add the rotini & bring back to the boil.
  • Step #5 Once it is boiling again slowly add the broccoli flowerettes.
  • Step #6 Stir & cook for about 10 mins until rotini is done.
  • Step #7 Drain into a colander.
  • Step #8 Return pan to stove & turn down the heat to low.
  • Step #9 Add the remaining ingredients.
  • Step #10 over low heat/flame, heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
  • Step #11 Add rotini & vegetables back into the pot.
  • Step #12 Heat through, stirring every once in awhile.
