Cheddar Vegetable Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 qt Popcorn; popped
  • 2 c Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c Butter/margarine; melted
  • 1/2 ts Garlic salt
  • 1/2 ts Onion salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Shredded preheat your trusty oven to 325F (163C).
  • Step #2 Melt butter or margarine over low heat.
  • Step #3 Pour the popcorn into a large 4-inch deep baking pan.
  • Step #4 Add butter, onion salt, garlic salt, a small amount of each at a time, & cheese, & toss.
  • Step #5 Heat in the oven for 5 to 10 mins to melt the cheese, stirring carefully once or twice.
  • Step #6 YIELD: Makes 4 quarts.
