Creamy Mushroom Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb processed cheese food, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 oz) package elbow macaroni
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Step #2 Add pasta & cook for 8 to 10 mins or until al dente; drain.
  • Step #3 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #4 In medium saucepan over med-heat/flame, milk, mix butter, mushroom soup & processed cheese.
  • Step #5 Stir until cheese is melted & mixture is smooth.
  • Step #6 Stir in cooked pasta.
  • Step #7 Pour into 2 quart baking dish & bake 20 mins or until top is golden brown.
  • Step #8 Let stand 10 mins & serve.
