Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Bottled roasted red peppers
  • 2 tb Sliced green onion
  • 1 pk CRACKER BARREL
  • Cheese, thinly sliced
  • Extra Sharp Natural cheddar
  • 20 sl French bread, toasted
  • sliced
  • Artichoke hearts, drained &
  • 1 Jar marinated

Directions
  • Step #1 TOP toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion & cheese.
  • Step #2 Place on cookie sheet.
  • Step #3 BROIL 2 to 3 mins or until cheese begins to melt.
  • Step #4 Garnish with extra red pepper & green onion.
  • Step #5 Makes 20.
