Cheescake Pancakes With Berry-lemon Syrup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla
  • 1 c Choppped candied cherries
  • 2 Caramels
  • 2 c Plus 1 tbsp. sifted
  • 1 c sliced salted peanuts
  • 4 1/2 ts Light cream
  • Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 ts Water
  • 2 c Miniature marshmallows

Directions
  • Step #1 Directions: Melt marshamallows in water over low heat/flame; remove this from heat.
  • Step #2 Add cherries, 2 c sugar & vanilla; mix well.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top pastry cloth or board with remaining sugar.
  • Step #4 Knead cherry mixture for 2 to 3 mins or until smooth; shape into 3 rolls, 3/4 inch in diameter by 6 inches long.
  • Step #5 let this stand at about room temp for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 Melt caramels & cream in saucepan; remove this from heat.
  • Step #7 Spread rolls with thick layer of caramel; roll in peanuts.
  • Step #8 Wrap rolls in waxed paper or plastic wrap.
  • Step #9 let this stand at about room temp for 1 to 2 hrs.
  • Step #10 Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
  • Step #11 Yield: About 3 dozen rolls.
