Ingredients
  • 1 tb Flour
  • 1/2 ts Grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 ts Melted butter
  • 1 tb Cognac
  • 1 c Cream cheese
  • 2 tb Yellow raisins
  • 1/2 ts Vanilla
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tb Sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Yield: 1 Mix raisins with cognac.
  • Step #2 Cream together cheese, sugar, & flour.
  • Step #3 stir in the egg yolk, sour cream, then melted butter, lemon rind, and vanilla.
  • Step #4 Add cognac-soaked raisins.
