• 1 lb Velveeta; grated
• 1 1/2 c Grits
• Paprika
• 1 ts Salt
• 1 ds Tabasco or Pickapeppa sauce
• 3 Egg; beaten
• 1/4 c Margarine

• Step #1 Cook grits according to package directions.
• Step #2 Add margarine, eggs, cheese & salt; cook slowly until cheese melts.
• Step #3 remove this from heat and add Tabasco or Pickapeppa sauce.
• Step #4 pour this into a casserole or souffle dish & Sprinkle top with paprika.
• Step #5 Bake one hr at 250 degrees.
