Step #1 Crust: Mix flour, with fork, salt,with fingers, until it is damp, beat until mixed well ;add to flourmix at once & start mixing all together with fork, in measuring c mix milk with oil, than ,sugar together in 8 inch pieplate, spread out the dough over the whole pieplate.
Step #2 Prick entire surface a couple times with fork.
Step #3 Filling: Put cottage cheese in mixer & mix until smooth, mix in sour cream, eggs, sugar & cornstarch.
Step #4 mix all well.
Step #5 Spread filling over crust & bake in 350 degrees F, oven for 50 mins.
Step #6 Cool; than spread the piefilling on top.
Step #7 Refridgerate until serving.
Step #8 This is a low fat version of cheese cake & you can put blueberry pie filling on top if you want too.
