Cheese-stuffed French Toast With Strawberry S Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 preheat your trusty oven to 425? F.
  • 2 tb Green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 ts Salt Dash pepper Paprika
  • 4 lg Baking potatoes
  • 1/4 c Butter or margarine, soft

Directions
  • Step #1 2.
  • Step #2 Scrub potatoes well under cold running water.
  • Step #3 Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  • Step #4 With fork, prick skins over entire surface.
  • Step #5 (Brush potatoes with salad oil if you like skins soft after baking.
  • Step #6 ) 3.
  • Step #7 Place potatoes on oven rack; bake 50 to 60 mins, or until easily pierced with fork or soft when squeezed.
  • Step #8 4.
  • Step #9 Remove a thin slice from top of each potato.
  • Step #10 Scoop out inside of potato, leaving a shell.
  • Step #11 5.
  • Step #12 Mash potatoes with fork.
  • Step #13 Add cream cheese, green onion, butter, salt & pepper; mixing well with fork.
  • Step #14 Pile lightly into potato shells, mounding high.
  • Step #15 Sprinkle top paprika over the top.
  • Step #16 6.
  • Step #17 Return to oven; bake 15 mins, or until thoroughly hot.
