Cheese-stuffed Mushrooms - Nsvhol Recipe

Ingredients
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 lb Small fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c Grated parmesean cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Rinse mushrooms, & pat dry.
  • Step #2 Remove stems.
  • Step #3 Place caps on greased baking sheet.
  • Step #4 mix remaining ingredients except 2 tb parmesean cheese.
  • Step #5 Mix well.
  • Step #6 Spoon mixture into mushroom caps; Sprinkle top each with reserved cheese.
  • Step #7 Bake mushrooms at 350 degrees for 20 mins.
  • Step #8 Yeild: 4 dozen.
