Cheesy Beer Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Horseradish [prepared]
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • 1 c Chedder cheese [shredded]
  • 1 pk frozen puff pastry
  • 1/4 ts White peper
  • 1 Egg [beaten]
  • [thawed]
  • 1 Garlic clove [minced]
  • 1/2 lb Ground Beef [lean]

Directions
  • Step #1 ----HHR------- PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 375? 1) Brown the ground beef in a medium skillet, then drain off the drippings.
  • Step #2 Add the garlic, cooking `til tender.

  • Step #5 2) mix the egg, horseradish, thyme, salt & pepper in a med.
  • Step #6 bowl, then add the meat mixture & mix well.

  • Step #9 3) Roll 1 pastry sheet to 13" x 9" rectangle, then cut in half lengthwise.
  • Step #10 Spread ? of the meat mixture over each half, then Sprinkle top ? c of the shredded cheese on top of the spread meat.
  • Step #11 4) Roll (jelly roll style) from one long side, then cut into 1" pieces, & place seam side down on greased cookie sheet.

  • Step #14 5) Repeat steps 3 & 4 with the remaining meat mixture & the pastry.
