Cheesy Broccoli-carrot Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • Few drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c Beer
  • 1/2 c Finely sliced onion
  • 1/4 ts Worchestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c Milk
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Green onion slices
  • 1 lb Velveeta cubed
  • 1 tb Parkay spread stick

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook & stir onion & garlic in spread in large saucepan on medium-high heat until tende.
  • Step #2 Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Step #3 Add Velveeta, milk, beer, worchestershire sauce & hot pepper sauce.
  • Step #4 Cook, stirring constantly, 5 mins or until velveeta is melted and soup is hot.
  • Step #5 pour this into 4 serving bowls; Sprinkle top with sliced green onion.
