Cheesy Broiled Flounder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cn Cream of Chicken soup(10 3/4
  • 1 c Vermont sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 x Or 3 c fresh, sliced
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 tb All-purpose flour
  • 1/8 ts Pepper
  • 10 oz Package frozen broccoli,
  • 2 tb Butter, melted
  • 1/4 c sliced onion
  • 1 c Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c Vermont sour cream
  • 3/4 c Herb Spice uped stuffing mix

Directions
  • Step #1 In a saucepan cook sliced broccoli & sliced onion in a small amount of boiling water for 5 mins.
  • Step #2 Drain & set aside.
  • Step #3 In a 1 1/2 quart casserole mix soup & sour cream.
  • Step #4 stir in the shredded carrots, flour, salt, & pepper.
  • Step #5 Fold in drained broccoli-onion mixture & cheese.
  • Step #6 mix stuffing mix & butter, Sprinkle top it over vegatables.
  • Step #7 bake this at 350? for 25-30 mins or until heated.
