Cherry Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 tb Milk
1 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Maraschino cherries, well drained & sliced
1 c Packed brown sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c sliced pecans
3/4 c Butter or margarine
1 Egg
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Flaked coconut

Directions

Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, egg, butter, milk and vanilla.
Step #2 mix flour, salt & baking soda; slowly add to creamed mixture.
Step #3 Fold in cherries, pecans & coconut.
Step #4 Drop by tspfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Step #5 bake this at 375 for 10-12 mins or until golden brown.
