Cheryl's Blueberry Lemon Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1/8 c Cherries -- dried
  • 1 1/4 ts Yeast
  • 1/8 c Cranberries -- dried
  • 3/4 ts Salt
  • 2 c Bread flour
  • 1 tb Lemon peel -- grated
  • 1 ts Cinnamon -- ground
  • 1 c Milk -- 1%
  • 1 1/4 tb Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Orange peel may be substituted for the lemon peel.
  • Step #2 Place all of the ingredient into the breadmachine & press start.
  • Step #3 If you prefer the berries in larger pieces add them AFTER the initial rise.
  • Step #4 This bread is wonderful lightly toasted & spread with cream cheese.
