Chick Pea & Basmati Rice Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 c Peanut oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 1/2 tb Confectioners' sugar
  • 2 Chicken breasts -- halved
  • 1 c Flour
  • 2 tb Salt
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • Skinless -- boneless
  • 4 Plain hamburger buns
  • 1 c Milk
  • 2 tb Butter -- melted

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the peanut oil in a pressure cooker over med-heat/flame toabout 400~.
  • Step #2 In a small bowl beat the egg & stir in the the milk.
  • Step #3 Ina separate bowl, mix the flour, sugar, pepper & salt.
  • Step #4 Dipeach piece of chicken in milk until it is fully moistened.
  • Step #5 Note.
  • Step #6 It is very important that your oil be hot for thisrecipe.
  • Step #7 Test the temp by dropping some of the flour coating intothe oil.
  • Step #8 If it bubbles repidly, your oil is probably hot enought;it should take about 20 mins to heat up.
