Ingredients
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Cold Medal all-purpose flour
8 sl Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled Swiss Cheese Sauce Paprika
1/2 ts Salt
16 Chicken thighs artichoke hearts, drained & cut into fourths
Directions
Step #1 Mix flour, salt & pepper.
Step #2 Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Step #3 Heat margarine & oil in 12-inch skillet over med-heat/flame until margarine is melted.
Step #4 Cook half of the chicken about 15 mins, turning every once in awhile, until light brown.
Step #5 Repeat with remaining chicken.
Step #6 Heat oven to 350!.
Step #7 Arrange chicken in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
Step #8 Place artichokes on chicken.
Step #9 Sprinkle top with bacon.
Step #10 Prepare Swiss Cheese Sauce; pour over bacon.
Step #11 Sprinkle top with paprika.
Step #12 Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until hot & bubbly.
Step #13 8 servings.
