Chicken & Tomato Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/3 c Cold Medal all-purpose flour
  • 8 sl Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled Swiss Cheese Sauce Paprika
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 16 Chicken thighs artichoke hearts, drained & cut into fourths

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix flour, salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Coat chicken with flour mixture.
  • Step #3 Heat margarine & oil in 12-inch skillet over med-heat/flame until margarine is melted.
  • Step #4 Cook half of the chicken about 15 mins, turning every once in awhile, until light brown.
  • Step #5 Repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Step #6 Heat oven to 350!.
  • Step #7 Arrange chicken in ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
  • Step #8 Place artichokes on chicken.
  • Step #9 Sprinkle top with bacon.
  • Step #10 Prepare Swiss Cheese Sauce; pour over bacon.
  • Step #11 Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Step #12 Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until hot & bubbly.
  • Step #13 8 servings.
