Pasilla Chili Aioli Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 ea White bread slices crustless
  • 1 ea Egg lg.
  • 1/2 ea Garlic clove minced
  • 1/3 c Butter
  • 2 ea Onions lg. sliced thin
  • 1/2 c Chicken stock
  • 1/4 ts Black pepper
  • 1 lb Chicken livers or calves liver cutinto strips

Directions
  • Step #1 In large skillet melt the butter, add the onions & garlic.
  • Step #2 Fry until they begin to brown, add the liver & continue to fry for 8-12 mins until the livers are no longer showing any pink.
  • Step #3 Put the ingredients into mixer/food processor/blender & chop until the ,ixture is very fine & smooth.
  • Step #4 Grease a casserole dish & turn out the liver mixture into it.
  • Step #5 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step #6 Bake the mixture for 45 mins.
  • Step #7 remove this from & allow this to cool for 15 mins then cover & put in the fridge for 4-6 hrs before serving.
