Ingredients
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 2 c Matzo meal
  • 1 1/2 c Water
  • Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 c Oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Boil water & oil together & pour hot mixture into matzo meal.
  • Step #2 Add sugar & salt & let this stand until cool.
  • Step #3 Beat the eggs & pour over mixture.
  • Step #4 Mix well & let this stand until hardened.
  • Step #5 Make round balls in hand.
  • Step #6 Bress finger into center to make hole.
  • Step #7 Bake on greased tin in moderate oven about 350 F.
  • Step #8 until light brown.
