• 1/2 ts Potato flour
• 2/3 c Matzo cake meal
• 1/8 ts Salt
• 3 Eggs, beaten

• Step #1 Beat eggs, cake meal, potato floour & salt.
• Step #2 Knead well.
• Step #3 Roll out on floured board to 1/4 inch thickness.
• Step #4 Cut into 1/4 inch cubes.
• Step #5 Fry in deep fat heated to 375 F.
• Step #6 until brown.
• Step #7 Drain--serve in soup.
