Step #1 --FILLING----- 3/4 lb Ground, sliced liver 1 Small onion,sliced,browned Salt & pepper to taste Beat eggs, mix potato flour & water & add to eggs, beat.
Step #2 Heat frying pan & using very small amounts of fat pour enough batter into pan to cover bottom thinly, brown bottom side only & overturn onto towell.
Step #3 Place small amount of liver on 1/2 leaf on browned side & roll up (like cigar size).
