Ingredients
  • 2 tb Oil
  • 1/4 c White wine
  • 1 lb Rigatoni
  • 2 c Cream-heavy
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb Sausage-hot or sweet
  • 2 tb Oregano
  • 1 c Garlic-minced

Directions
  • Step #1 IN A POT COOK PASTA TO YOUR LIKING.
  • Step #2 REMOVE CASING FROM SAUSAGE.
  • Step #3 IN A LARGE SAUCE PAN, ADD OIL, GARLIC, & SAUSAGE BROKEN UP WITH A FORK WHILE COOKING FOR ABOUT 5 MIN.
  • Step #4 ADD WINE & OREGANO, & COOK FOR 5 MIN.
  • Step #5 MORE.
  • Step #6 THEN ADD CREAM & PARMESAN CHEESE & cook this until SAUCE BOILS.
  • Step #7 ADD SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.
  • Step #8 POUR OVER COOKED PASTA TOSS TO COAT SERVE.
