Cookies 'n' Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)
1 c finely crushed chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1/2 c half-and-half cream

Directions

Step #1 In a mixing bowl, mix the cream & pudding mix; beat on medium speed for 1 min.
Step #2 Let stand for 5 mins.
Step #3 Fold in whipped topping & cookies.
Step #4 Spoon into crust.
Step #5 Freeze until firm, about 6 hrs or overnight.
Step #6 May be frozen for up to 3 months.
Step #7 Remove from the freezer 10 mins before serving.
